1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you're dissatisfied with the product, we may issue a refund if:

• The presets do not work properly or fail to provide satisfactory results when applied to high-quality images.
• There are technical issues such as:
  • Payment failure (e.g., if payment doesn’t go through).
  • If a customer is charged multiple times for the same purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Poor results due to low-quality or unsuitable images.
  
• If the customer changes their mind after purchase.
• If a purchase was with the intent of falsely claiming dissatisfaction with the product.

2. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours, and the amount will be credited to your bank account shortly after.

3. Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed it will deliver instantly to your mail
